Alejandro Sala specialist in architecture photography produces amazing photographs. With experience of more than 30 years, representing architecture. In 1986 he began documentation work on the work of Le Corbusier, together with the Department of Architectural Design, head Prof. Mauro Lena, at Istituto d' Architettura di Venezia.
Alejandro Sala, Architect travelled throughout France in the 1990s documented the works of the Swiss master, capturing images of Houses and Public Buildings such as Citè de Refuge, Paris, the Tourette convent in Eveaux, the Church of Notre Dame de Haut in Ronchamp. , the Church of Saint Marie a Fermint-Vert.
Through the years he specialized in architectural photography. Being an excellent architectural illustrator and architect in the 1980s, with extensive experience in the world of photography, he decided to combine both activities to document the works of famous architects such as Santiago Calatrava, Mario Botta, James Stirling & Michael Wilford, Aldo Rossi, Norman Foster and others.
Significant are the Black and White images of the Fiera de Bologna Fair Headquarters by the Architect Kenzo Tange, where the brutalist architecture represented by the use of materials and the construction system reveals what Kenzo Tange felt - "Architecture must have something that appeals to the human heart, but even then, basic forms, spaces and appearances must be logical" - The architect Kenzo Tange didn't disregard the traditional architecture of Japan though, and he often made a point to incorporate traditional and modern together in his designs.
